Thai Union making ‘substantial progress’ on Greenpeace commitment
Thai Union Group has made “substantial, positive progress” on its commitment with Greenpeace to improve sustainability in fisheries and worker livelihoods through building on its SeaChange initiative.
After reaching an agreement with Greenpeace in July, 2017, progress has been made implementing measures that tackle illegal fishing and overfishing, as well as improve the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of workers throughout its supply chains, the firm said.
