นายสุพัฒนพงศ์ พันธุ์มีเชาว์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี กำลังวางแผนที่จะเสนอให้คณะรัฐมนตรีอนุญาตให้ชาวต่างชาติที่ร่ำรวยสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับวีซ่าพำนักระยะยาวในประเทศไทยได้ตามที่นายสุพัฒนพงษ์ กล่าวว่า ศูนย์บริหารสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจ (CESA) ได้อนุมัติในหลักการฯ เมื่อวันที่ 4 มิถุนายน โดยโครงการที่จะเสนอวีซ่าพำนักระยะยาวให้กับชาวต่างชาติสี่กลุ่ม ได้แก่ พลเมืองโลกที่ร่ำรวย ผู้เกษียณอายุที่ร่ำรวย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ร่ำรวยที่ทำงานในประเทศไทย และสูง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีทักษะอ่านต่อ ...
