The Treasury Department is preparing to auction 5,818 Rais of land for private investors to invest in special economic zones.
Mr. Potchara Anantasilp, Director General of the Treasury Department disclosed after conducting field visit to the State Property area in Ban Kao sub-district, Muang district of Kanchanaburi province, which will be developed as a special economic zone. He said after the Army returned the area to the Treasury Department, it will then be auctioned the State Property areas in 3 provinces of Tak, Nakhon Phanom and Kanchanaburi with a total land area of 5,818 Rais by January 2018.
