The Prime Minister ordered taking over of public lands from encroached capitalists.
General Prayut revealed being satisfied for monitoring special economic zones, and he hopes to be materialized by 2015-2016, as long as he stills in office. He ordered to take over all public lands without allowing selling or buying. He suggested discussing with the provincial governors on how to return these public lands.
On September 2, General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister, said that the objective of his visit was to monitor the progress of establishment of Mae Sot Special Economic Zone, as well as exchanging views and understanding with the local villagers.
