หน่วยงานด้านวางแผนของรัฐกำลังจับตาดูหนี้ครัวเรือนที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง หลังพบข้อมูลการผิดนัดชำระหนี้ของสินเชื่อส่วนบุคคลเพิ่มขึ้นในอัตราที่เร็วขึ้น สภาพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (สศช.) รายงานเมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ผ่านมาว่าหนี้ภาคครัวเรือนในไตรมาสที่ 3 ปี 2561 เท่ากับ 12.56 ล้านล้านบาทเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 5.9 จากไตรมาสก่อนหน้า ในขณะที่ผู้บริโภคเร่งซื้อรถยนต์และบ้านก่อนกำหนด โดยอัตราส่วนเงินให้สินเชื่อต่อมูลค่าหลักประกัน (LTV) ใหม่ที่จะมีผลบังคับใช้ในเดือนเมษายนอ่านต่อ ...
